Protection – Rehabilitation Efforts

GLOBAL WARMING

The biggest way to protect Arctic Wolves is to prevent global warming.  Global warming creates a chain reaction that leads to the endangerment of the Arctic Wolf.  If efforts are made to stop global warming, it will help the Arctic Wolves.

Certain organizations such as Global Warming Solutions, Greenpeace, and the United Nations Environment Program are working to stop the dangers of global warming.  Check out their websites to learn more about them.  All donations and volunteer hours, no matter how big or small will help the Arctic Wolves!

If you’re curious as to what exactly global warming is, here’s a quick video explaining its effects.

LARGE CORPORATIONS

Organizations such as the World Wildlife Fund, or WWF, work with governments and corporations all around the world to stop the destruction of the arctic wolf’s habitat, and allow it to retain its diversity and wildlife.

WOLVES

In addition to this, there are many organizations with the goal of protecting wolves everywhere. While this is not specific to the arctic wolf, it of course includes them, along with other wolves from all over the world.  The Wolf Conservation Center is one of these amazing organizations.

Their main goal is to educate people everywhere about wolves, their endangerment, and what can be done to help them.  If people don’t know about the problem, they’ll never fix it!

Remember, even little things, like turning off lights and conserving energy are important!  If we all work together, we can impact the world in a big way.

Sarah – You have great information on this page, but you need to include some Laws that protect the Wolves or their habitat. There also may be anti-poaching laws as well. What about captive breeding programs? So try to find that information. In your 2nd sentence “reaction that lead to the endangerment”, “lead” should be “leads”. You should also explain how the “Wolf Conservation Center” helps protect your wolves. On the last sentence “of” should be “off”. You have an extra space before “Check” in the 1st paragraph. Check for other typos as well. The video is good. Global Warming is not the only thing causing these animals to be endangered, so more info needed.
